Weeks brings more than two decades of experience in accounting, financial management, and strategic leadership across a broad range of industries, including construction, manufacturing, SaaS, logistics, and private equity–backed organizations. A Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Global Management Accountant with Six Sigma certifications, he offers extensive expertise in financial reporting, operational strategy, and developing high-performing teams.

Over the course of his career, Weeks has led finance, IT, and HR operations while managing complex, multi-entity GAAP financial reporting, cash flow forecasting, and year-end audits.
