Since 1993, Russell has offered accounting, auditing, and consulting services to governmental, for-profit, and not-for-profit entities, including the financial services industry. His services encompass audits, reviews, agreed-upon procedures, consulting, expert testimony before the state of Florida Division of Administrative Hearings, compliance and internal control reviews, contract structuring assistance, resolution of financial reporting issues, and handling contractual issues in “buy/sale” situations.
Russell also provides financial record reviews, asset allocation analysis, and advice in accordance with partnership and corporate agreements. He has expertise in assisting with FINRA hearings, litigation matters, and offering expert testimony.
Russell holds a Certified Public Accountant license in both Florida and Georgia.
