She also supervises bookkeeping services and operates as a controller for interconnected entities, providing comprehensive tax consulting, financial analysis, and cash flow management for both domestic and international operations.
Jana’s background includes managing business administration, accounting, compliance, and federal programs such as the National School Lunch Program, E-Rate, and the ARP ESSER fund. She has also overseen the opening of new campuses and advised charter schools on legislative changes, compliance, and best practices. Additionally, she is experienced in payroll management, audit support, and supervising accounting teams to ensure optimal performance.
