Since 2002, Allison Harrell has offered assurance services to governmental, not-for-profit, and for-profit entities. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Accountancy with an emphasis in Assurance Services from Florida State University. Achieving shareholder status in her early thirties, Allison has become a trailblazer for accounting professionals on a fast track.
In her leadership role, she heads the People and Recruiting Committees, dedicating her time to team member recruitment, retention, and career development. Allison serves as a personal mentor to multiple young professionals and contributes to shaping the firm’s direction based on the evolving perspectives of each year’s new workforce.
Allison provides a comprehensive range of services, including financial statement audits, compliance audits, internal control studies, agreed-upon procedures, financial reviews, outsourced accounting, and not-for-profit consulting. Prior to joining the firm, she gained experience in operational audits of state agencies and select local governments while working with the State of Florida Auditor General.
