About the Role:
We are currently seeking a great candidate looking to accept the engaging and fulfilling role as a Recruiting Assistant in our Tallahassee office. This position works collaboratively as a member of THF’s Recruiting team, and reports directly to the Recruiting & University Relations Manager. A competitive candidate will possess exceptional skills in multitasking, organizational methods, writing and proofreading skills, and is technology savvy. As the Recruiting Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in helping to enhance all levels our firm’s recruiting strategy, from our collegiate student programs to recruiting experienced candidates.

- Has a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Education, or a related field
- Possesses exceptional interpersonal and communication skills needed to collaborate effectively with internal teams, candidates, and external stakeholders in a positive manner
- Possesses exceptional writing and proofreading skills, and has a keen eye for attention-to-detail
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Possesses exceptional organizational skills, is a self-starter, is an effective time manager, and a great multi-tasker
- Must be personable, and can initiate and sustain engaging conversations
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Recruiting & University Relations Manager to conceptualize, plan, and execute all student programs, events, and activities; including but not limited to the Summer Leadership Program and the Summer Internship Program
- Assist with a variety of HR-related tasks like maintaining candidate documentation and records management, and coordinating the scheduling of candidate interviews
- Provide executive level administrative assistance with a variety of duties and tasks, as assigned
- Handle confidential and sensitive information in a professional manner
- Works well both independently and with a team to complete projects as assigned
- Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours on occasion, and attend university recruiting events
- Due to the nature of the role, including but not limited to the responsibility for event set-up and break down, the ability to lift 20 lbs. is required
This is an in-person, working fully in the office role. You’ll find that between our regular team meetings, firm forum, and participation in office-wide events, we are committed to staying connected as a team.
