THF Promotes Brian Walgamott, Mike Rosciam, and Kim Rogers!

THF congratulates Brian Walgamott on his promotion to Director, Tax Services, Mike Rosciam on his promotion to Director of IT & Assurance Services, and Kim Rogers on her promotion to Director of Office Management.

Brian joined THF in 2008 and has nine years of public accounting experience working in areas of tax compliance, planning, and consulting. Brian received his bachelor’s degree in biology from Wichita State University before attending Florida State University for his master’s degree in accounting. Brian is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA). Additionally, he is a graduate of the McGladrey Alliance Breakthrough Leaders Institute, Opportunity Tallahassee, and is a current member of Leadership Tallahassee Class 35. Brian currently serves as the Treasurer for Big Brothers Big Sisters and was recently named Top 40 Under 40 by CPA Practice Advisor.

Mike joined the firm in 1999 and has over seventeen years of public accounting experience providing IT consulting, audit, and accounting services. Mike received his bachelor’s degree in accounting from San Diego State University. Mike is a CPA, a Certified Information Technology Professional (CITP), and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA). Mike is a member of the AICPA, FICPA, and the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA). Mike has authored multiple articles and has been involved with professional speaking engagements on a variety of topics including cybersecurity.

Kim joined THF in 2009 as an Executive Assistant to the Managing Shareholder, Winston Howell. Kim has over 37 years of experience as an executive assistant with duties including office manager, human resources, payroll, and accounts payable and receivables. Kim has an associate’s degree in arts and an associate’s degree in sciences from Tallahassee Community College.  In her day-to-day role at THF, Kim’s responsibilities include supporting the Managing Shareholder as an executive assistant with firm business, supporting all other shareholders, acting as the role of office and facilities manager, and assisting and providing back-up support for human resources. Kim is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).
